FIRST QUARTER:

During the first quarter we had the pleasure in receiving twice the visit of Mr. Nuno Da Silva of Artra Pharmaceutical.. Also Mr. Mike Lammers from Hormel Foods and Evan Hartford from Delvalle Brands.  Delvalle has been appointed as the Hormel representative for our area..Delvalle has been working with us for quite some times and we appreciate their relationship. During their visit we also participated in the Mc. Donald's tasting of Spam with fried rice. If the tasting goes well Mc. Donald Aruba will have Spam on their menu for lunch. Aruba is the third users of Spam per capita in the world. Murine, Clear eyes and Chlorospetic will be added to our portfolio in the coming weeks. Valvoline also has jointed our company as their sole representative for this market. During this quarter our first order of Glad arrived. More news to come...

During the month of March our Managing Director and Asst. Managing Director Nelson John Salas visited some business-relation in Miami, amongst others WD 40 and met with Mr. Samuel Vera, Delvalle Brands Mr. Isaac Lapciuc CEO and George Mc.Quarrie Vice-President Sales. Our Assistant Managing Director Nelson John Salas also attended in April FMI at the Mc. Cormick Place in Chicago and met with various companies, being the high-lite The Clorox Company represented by Mr. Richard Taurel and Mr. Jaime Fernandez,  Managing Director of Clorox  Pto. Rico and Caribbean. One of the outcome of his visit to FMI was the appointment of our company as representative for Cyclo..

SECOND QUARTER:

Its and honor and pleasure to announce that Hubsa has been appointed as the Cuticura representative and distributor for our markets. We would like to thank Mr. Alpin for the confidence put in our company and assure him that we will handle this newly acquired line of products with our 100% personal involvement, as we do with all the companies we represent. Mr. Alpin Thanks again.

During the month of May, we had the pleasure in receiving on our island Mr. Rick Diaz and Samuel Vera from WD40 company. All by all we can consider their trip a very successful one.

Hubsa has been appointed exclusive representative for Cyclo on the island of Aruba, Cyclo , Armorall,  STP, WD40 , 3-1 One and Valvoline form together part of our Care care products department

THIRD QUARTER

By means of our news page we would also like to congratulate Lionel (Chicu) Capriles II with his appointment as President and CEO.of Maduro & Curiels Bank NV,  Caribbean Mercantile Bank NV and The Windward Island Bank NV.  Our wishes to Chicu are in papiamento "Pabien, Exito y Conta cu Nos" These wishes are from the entire management and staff of Hubsa-Aruba,

Hubsa-Aruba introduced the new Seadoo 's Speedster 200 boat to the Aruba Market. Since Hubsa became the Seadoo dealer or the Aruba market, it slowly but surely is re-gaining its position as the leader in its class. The Seadoo's department is managed by our general director Nelson John Salas

September 21 and 22 we had the pleasure to welcome Mr. Ingram Leeyoung from Lever W.I./ Unilever at our office. Ingram is taking over Ricky Hassanli's territory. We would like to wish Ricky all the best in his future endeavor and welcome Ingram as part of the family. Ingram Welcome !!!.

During the month of December, to be exactly on December 15, 2004, we started the construction on our own premises of our new Seadoo Room which will be finished by the end of February.
