Our company was founded on May 15, 1932 by the late Mr. Hubert Salas Sr on the island of Curacao. Later he invited Mr. Jossy Cohen Henriquez to join the company as partner changing the trade name from Hubert Salas to Hubert Salas & Co. 

In 1956 Hubert Salas & Co (Aruba) NV started its operation on the island of Aruba followed in 1994 by a restructuring during which Hubert Salas & Co (Aruba) NV became a completely independent company from Hubert Salas & Co NV Curacao with its own management and a completely different shareholders constellation.

In year 2000 Hubert Salas & Co (Aruba) NV changed its logo followed in 2001 by a change in trade-name to Hubsa Aruba

Presently Hubsa-Aruba , The Salas Family and its management does not have any link whatsoever with Hubert Salas & Co NV Curacao
