How can I be sure that my company's products will have the full attention it requires?Here is where our entire team comes in and follows-up step by step the progress in sales of your progress. Each member of the management is in charge of a portfolio ,containing a max of three companies and its products, and has the responsibly to monitor from close-by the progress in sales and weekly discuss it with his colleagues, during which the entire management can discuss eventual new approach if necessary. What kind of feedback will I receive from your company regarding my products?Our preference is to maintain a weekly communication between ourselves and our suppliers. It can be by e-mail, fax or phone. You tell which way of communication you prefer and we will use it. When can I begin to notice an increase in my products turn over.?Prior to accepting the representation of a company and its products, we make a market survey of each products and its growth potentials. A copy of the report with its outcome will be sent to the company for evaluation and discussion, if the outcome is positive and we foresee that we can perform positively to increase sales by increase the demand, we then make a sales forecast for the first year and look forward to begin to show an increase in turn-over by the end of the first six months. Yearly we plan a budget and set forth a goal for each product separately which will be discussed with our suppliers during their visit to our office. In the event that our representative can not visit us, we will discuss it by e-mail, phone or fax and if the goal is acceptable to both parties involved it will be officially presented to our sales team during the weekly Sales & Marketing Meeting. In what way do your company intend to create a bigger demand for my products?Based on our experience in the trade and the positive results we have with the products we represent, we use the system of excellent in-store presence with as much facings as possible for each sku's, backed by in-store displays( where possible) sustained by press, radio and TV commercials. Also, if needed, we will have a house-to-house sampling, which we have done on several occasions with the introduction of new products in our market with a very positive outcome.
